PRODUCTS
All products are handmade in small batches. Slight variation in color, texture, or scent is normal and expected.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of order. No order will be started without payment.
PRODUCTION TIME
• Standard items: 3–5 business days
• Custom boxes: 5–7 business days
Production time begins AFTER payment is received.
DELIVERY / PICKUP
• Local pickup available in Guelph, ON.
• Delivery fee may apply for surrounding areas.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
ALLERGIES
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients.
Ocean Vanity Care is not liable for allergic reactions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of handmade products, all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if an item arrived damaged and proof is provided within 24 hours.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
LIABILITY
Once the product is picked up or delivered, Ocean Vanity Care is not responsible for loss, damage, or misuse.
COMMUNICATION
All communication will take place via DM, email, or text.
